What We Do

Cell Secretary is a concierge and administrative support service for incarcerated individuals and their loved ones. We act as your outside representative, handling tasks that are difficult or impossible to manage from inside a facility.

Email and online account setup (with authorization)
Correspondence with courts, agencies, and institutions
Document preparation, printing, and mailing
Information requests and research
Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Mail, package, and document forwarding
General administrative tasks and special requests

If it can be done legally and ethically on the outside, we can usually do it for you.

How It Works
1. You become a member.
2. You submit a request by email, mail, or approved apps.
3. We complete the task or provide a clear quote if extra time or cost is involved.
4. We keep you informed every step of the way.

Pricing
Membership: $25/month or $240/year
Some requests may require additional costs (printing, postage, travel, research). These are quoted upfront.
